Also, as the summer is winding down slowly, it looks like the “Review” poll winner is going to be Arrowhead Golf Club! We’ll be sure and honor your request with Arrowhead in the coming weeks.

We’ve made a pretty big change here at ColoradoGolfing.com, in that we’re now enabling you the golfer to truly rate your favorite (or not so favorite) courses in a manner that gives the rest of us better feedback about places to play golf. At the end of each post is a “Comment” form with a rating system for each course. If you’ve played it, be sure to fill this out and let us all know what you think! Of course this can be done anonymously, or you can choose to provide your true identity! Either way, your voice will be heard!

As usual, more course reviews are coming soon, so be sure and check back often.

I’ve been hard at work re-designing the way the site will behave lately which is why there haven’t been any posts lately. Oh, and no this isn’t my primary job either so that’s probably another reason! Anyway, the reviews are stacking up and I’ll have at least 3 more before the end of August.

Working Out the Kinks - No More IE 6!

 So, with the completion of the new look now final, Internet Explorer 6 is no longer supported here! Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 1.5 - 2.x and Safari are all 100% compatible with the site. I also have to say, that I’d give a slight advantage to Safari for the way the browser presents the site so, if you were thinking about trying it, give it a shot!

Recent Updates & News!

I’ve recently been playing throughout the state, and have a few reviews to write - now if only I had time. I had the good fortune to play with a buddy of mine on a couple tracks in Aspen (Snow Mass Club, and Aspen Golf Club). Unfortunately I didn’t get any photos, but I’ll string something together about both of these courses soon! I also recently played at Green Valley Ranch so look for the review of that course in the next few weeks as well.

I recently stayed in Oregon and while I was there I had the opportunity to play at Red Tail Golf Course. I have visited the area numerous times having worked for a company based out of Hillsboro which is about 25 miles west of Portland but had only played one course in the area (Meriwether National Golf Club).
